ASRCC manages multiple Special Access Programs throughout the country. We specialize in mission critical facilities that are compartmentalized, co-utilization ready, built beyond DCID standards and are UL2050 certified. With over 9 years of experience, ASRCC has managed the largest contractor operated SCIF in the country. Our existing infrastructure minimizes capital investment and eliminates ownership risk.

Secure Facilities

Exterior

• Eleven acre campus with a 130,000 square foot (SF) building under roof, expandable to 200,000 SF
• 100 foot standoff distance exceeding BRAC and unified facilities critera for setback and OPSEC requirements
• Structural engineering design meets and exceeds US Government level 4 bomb blast resistance
• All brick-faced exterior and interior sheer walls are made with 12 inch concrete masonry units (CMU) with all voids filled with mortar and #6 steel rebar

Interior

• All interior walls are built from ceiling to slab with steel plates under the door jambs
• The "VAULT" has 3 ceiling to slab CMU walls filled with mortar and steel rebar reinforced, with the 4th wall having double steel walls from ceiling to slab

Infrastructure

• Major fiber communication service providers access through multiple underground & overhead access points onsite (rapid service instantiation)
• Redundant copper and fiber available from two Verizon central offices
• 2N redundancy from electric utility substation to the server supported by 20 Megawatts (Mw) of power expandable to 39.5 Mw; ready for high density loads (blade technology) up to 400 watts per square foot
• Every 17,000 square feet (or custom) of 3 foot high raised floor has its own electrical plant, mechanical and chilled water infrastructure, fiber distribution and emergency backup generator
