Contract Vehicles

ASRC Communications, Ltd. (ASRCC) is committed to improving our performance, productivity and competitiveness. To enhance our position within the federal contracting arena, ASRCC has been awarded the following GSA Contract Vehicles:

• 8(a) STARS – The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. It is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing technology solutions for the federal government. ASRCC provides services under the following Functional Areas (FAs):
• FA1 - 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services
• FA3 - 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services.
  
  
• Schedule 70 – The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions. This Multiple Award Schedule grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the needs of the government IT community through 14 Special Item Numbers (SINs). ASRCC offers services under the following SINs:
• SIN 132 51: General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services


• Schedule 871 – The Professional Engineering Services (PES) provides a streamlined approach for federal agencies to access qualified firms in a multitude of engineering disciplines. This Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can address the needs of the federal engineering community. There are six Special Item Numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct phases of an engineering project. ASRCC offers services under the following SINs:
• 871 1: Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities
• 871 2: Concept Development and Requirements Analysis
• 871 4: Test and Evaluation
• 871 5: Integrated Logistics Support


• Schedule 874 – The Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals. MOBIS contractors possess the necessary expertise to facilitate how the federal government responds to a continuous stream of new mandates and evolutionary influence such as the President's Management Agenda; Government Performance and Results Act; Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act; OMB Circular A-76; Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act; government reinvention initiatives such as benchmarking and streamlining. ASRCC offers services under the following SINs:
• 874 4: MOBIS Training Services

IDIQs:

Our Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts are already-awarded contracts that serve as vehicles for Government customers to secure ASRCC services through sole-source delivery orders or task orders.

ASRCC is a member of the following IDIQ contracts:

• BTA CASS (sub to BearingPoint)
• Joint Test and Evaluation (JTE) (sub to Wyle Laboratories)
• Rapid Response (R2) (sub to LSI)
