We are fully supported by the corporate infrastructure and solid financial resources of our parent company, ASRC Federal Holding Company (ASRC Federal).  ASRC Federal is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC), an Alaska Native Corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.   ASRC Federal performs contract management, project control, accounting, payroll, human resources, security, IT support, and other common administrative and business functions shared by the affiliated corporations. This arrangement provides each subsidiary with a high degree of professionalism in these key business support processes – all necessary factors to make our customers successful.
