ANC Status

ASRC Communications is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) , the largest of the 13 Alaska Native Corporations with numerous other subsidiaries across the United States. ASRC was formed in 1971 under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act to represent the business interests of the Inupiat Eskimos of Alaska's North Slope. ASRC is dedicated to providing comprehensive professional services and to preserving the Inupiat culture and traditions. Through its numerous and diverse subsidiaries, ASRC generated $1 billion in revenue in 2000.
